several other SCV, OCR, and reenactment groups as well as descendants.
The weather was relatively cool because a summer shower passed through
just prior to the ceremony and best of all we were not bothered by the usual
swarms of deer flies and mosquitoes.
We, the members of Spaights' Battalion reenactors, wish to thank the family of
Pvt. Brister and Anacoco Rangers for inviting us to participate in this
ceremony honoring a great American Hero!
